Another sleepless night.
It seems becoming a habit to sleep late at night, though I had finished my on-hand project and assignments and settled down for sleep.
Yet, I simply can’t close my eyes to end the day on bed.
Loads of thoughts?
Maybe, yes!
I just finishing typing out the referencing for my team report writing and emailed to my team mates. Hopefully, before this weekend concluded, our team will be able to submit the project (with peace)!
Definitely will!
Last week…
One of Colin’s friends, Timothy had persuaded us to support a local play team @ Victoria Theatre.
It was a opportunity which I should as a Singaporean to have a chance to step into the Victoria Theatre, thus me and Colin agreed to watch the play title ” Dark Knuts: “Welcome to Avenue Quantum”
Starring local talents: Jonathan Lim, Rodney Oliveiro, Judy Ngo, and Terence Tay
SYNOPSIS:
Singapore’s one and only live parody sketch show Chestnuts is back for its 12th sidesplitting installment of spoof songs, parody sketches and moments of sheer comic ecstasy!
Join Chestnuts creator Jonathan Lim, comedy partners Rodney Oliveiro and Judy Ngo, and hilarious newcomer Terence Tay(Living With Lydia) as they pay tribute to the year’s biggest and most memorable films, plays, musicals and current events!
All accompanied by the versatile and irreverent musical genius of Bang Wenfu!!

Personally…
Apart from having to enter Victoria Theatre to watch this play, it led to appreciate local talents on stage even more than the past.
Not just local artistes from the local stations, but local talents that are performing that you will clap along, thumbs Up at the end of the play and talents full of synergy and energy to give their best in each performance especially to their audiences with laughter and challenging thoughts at the end of the play.
This is the plot I am looking for, which are missing in local dramas and those transmitted on local station.
I hope we, as Singaporean will take the time to appreciate such plays if not, they will not be able support them, even with National Arts Council as the backbone to all the activities.
